Dear parent,

 

Our chef, Lesley is currently on long term sick and whilst we have been working to cover this illness, we have confirmed with Walbottle Village Primary School that regrettably, we are not able to provide a cover chef for next week, commencing 5 May 2025.  With no additional resource available we have agreed that school meals for the week will be packed lunches and will consist of the following:

 

• Choice of Sandwich (Ham, Cheese, Tuna Mayo or Egg Mayonnaise)
• Packet of crisps
• Carton of water
• A piece of fruit
• Biscuit

 

We acknowledge that this is not an ideal situation and one that we would not want to continue any longer than is necessary.  Please bear with us and we hope that normal meal service will be restored as quickly as possible.
