Families United is a support network for parents, carers and families of children with disabilities. We aim to connect families with agencies, organisations, professionals and other families to provide a structured way to share information and work together to improve services and provisions for children with disabilities and their families. We fulfil a number of functions from an informal support group to participating in the planning of future service provision as well as policy making.

We attend various meetings including Special Education Needs Disabilities Management Board, Short Break Advisory Group and host an annual Parent Carer Conference.
