Dear Families,
You may be aware that the next day of industrial action for National Education Union members is due to take place on 28th February.
Although we are working hard to minimise the disruption to our children, we will have no alternative but to close NURSERY, RECEPTION and YEAR 5 on this day.
The unions are in talks with Government in an attempt to reach an agreement around improved school funding and pay for teachers. If they make further progress and the industrial action is called off, I will of course let you know.
If your child is in one of these year groups and entitled to a free school meal, they will be provided with a packed lunch to take home for Tuesday the 28th at the end of the day on Monday 27th.
