Following feedback we have received RE the Christmas Performance times in our Newsletter dated Friday 24th Nov – all Christmas Performances will now be ticketed. Because all dates were originally communicated in the Newsletter previously and as a parent myself I appreciate that some people may have already selected a date to take off work we are going to return to the ticketing system as per last year.
In order to ensure the safety of children, staff and parents - each family can request TWO tickets for one performance. (This means if you have 2 or more children in one performance, you can only request TWO tickets.) We do appreciate that sometimes there will be exceptional circumstances within your family and you may need to split your tickets in order to have one for each performance. If this is the case, please come and speak to the school office so we can help.
It would be lovely if everyone could see all shows but we simply do not have the space.
I appreciate that this is very regulated, but we must ensure that we keep all children and adults safe and that we have the space to get out should there be a fire.
There will be a limited number of tickets per performance and they will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please feel reassured that all families who submitted their ticket requests by the deadline last year got their preferred performance. Tickets will be colour coded to match the performance; and must be presented on the day.
